- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All refund requests are subject to verification. Customers must share a clear
unboxing or product defect video for review. Requests without video proof will
not be accepted.

Refund or replacement will be processed only after successful verification
and approval by our quality team.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
used during checkout. Mora Mora India does not offer cash or alternative refunds.

Shipping & Returns
If a return is approved, the product will be collected through our logistics
partner Shiprocket. Return shipping instructions will be shared
