At Mora Mora India, we accept returns only under specific conditions
to ensure fair usage and quality control. Please review the return policy carefully
before raising a request.
Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Clear video proof of the issue is shared via WhatsApp or email
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Original tags and labels are intact
Verification Process
All return requests are subject to verification. Customers must provide a clear
unboxing or defect video. Requests without proper video proof will not be approved.

Returns will be approved only after successful verification by our quality team.
Return Pickup
Once approved, return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner
Shiprocket. Pickup details and instructions will be shared with
the customer.
Return Rejection Cases
- Size or fitting issues
- Color preference issues
- Minor design or color variations
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Return Outcome
After the returned product is received and inspected, the customer may receive
a replacement or refund based on the approved request.
