Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Customers must share a clear video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery for verificatio

Once a return or refund request is approved, the refund is processed within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and we do not store any payment details.
